Kia will soon step in to the Indian market with a set of new vehicles, previewed at the 2018 Auto Expo, in Greater Noida. The company has displayed with wide range of vehicles while there is still time before it starts launch in India, most of which are to be launched in future. The sports sedan, claimed to be the most powerful and fastest production car, the Kia Stinger GT. Expected price may fall between Rs 20 lakh to Rs 25 lakh.

In the international market the sports sedan comes with 3 engine variants which includes 244 BHP, 2.0 litre turbo petrol, 197 BHP, 2.2 litre turbocharged Diesel And higher capacity 365 BHP 3.3 litre twin Turbo V6 petrol variant. all these exams are paired to an 8 speed automatic gearbox
The specifications of Kia Stinger GT for the Indian market may vary compared to the international version. Among the three engine variants, the Indian variant could only get 3.3 litre petrol unit. In case of mileage, expect this engine to deliver par with competitors from the same segment.
Performance and handling
Kia could choose to launch Stinger GT in India with the 3.3 litre petrol variant as mentioned above. However it is yet not clear if Kia will calibrate the unit to suit the Indian road conditions, hence it is too difficult to comment on the performance for the upcoming sedan.
The chassis which is used in the Hyundai Genesis and Albeit is used to build the Kia Stinger GT, but it has been shortened for the Kia Stinger GT. the tiger nose grill, wider air dams on the front bumper with vertical air Intakes on either side and LED headlamps with integrated LED DRL’s adds more sporty look to the Stinger.
Coming to the interior the sedan get low slung and contoured bucket seats in the front, while the rear offer enough space to see 3 adults if needed. It houses 8 inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation Android connectivity and Apple connectivity. Also a 15 speaker audio setup source from Harman/Kardon audio system is available.
